Together with dancers  Rikke Ebling, Nadja World, Mia Steen Larsen, and musician Nikolaj Lippert we created a dance and physical theater performance over the course of just four days at Basement CPH.

We took to the streets of Vesterbro, searching for movements, angles, ideas, sounds, and forms—that would shape  our performance.

The days were spent exploring the streets, improvising and crafting choreographies and music build from these discoveries.

After the performance, we hosted a post-show discussion led by dramaturg Ida Johannessen. During this talk, audience members shared that the performance resonated with them on both a familiar and deeply existential level. Were the plastic bags we collected, fought over, and lovingly folded (mirroring a man we observed on the street) a reflection of personal memories, or a commentary on the state of the world?

This experience was deeply rewarding, and the concept "Det sker hele tiden" (It Happens All the Time) will continue to evolve as we develop it further in the future.
